In 2012, Delmar Construction Ltd joined hands with MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects to build this beautiful unique Oceanfront house. There is lots of attention to details and reveals. This home is anchored into the rocks and hanging out over the edge, facing the ocean.

The Hawk Dream House

In 2017, Delmar Construction Ltd built this ocean front home on Cape Island overlooking a beautiful beach. Our foreman worked closely with the owners to give them their dream house. This home is built with lifetime roofing from EnviroShake and prefinished cedar shingles.

Sluice Point Residence

In 2017, Delmar Construction Ltd worked with Omar Gandhi Architect to build a beautiful ocean front summer home. We have worked closely with architects and home owners to give them a beautiful unique home with great attention to detail.

In 2018, Delmar Construction Ltd built this dream family home. We have worked very closely with the homeowner to give them the features they wanted in their home.

In 2016, Delmar Construction Ltd built this cozy Ocean front home. It has large ocean facing windows and a see through rock faced fireplace, plus many other unique features the owners wanted incorporated into their home.

Delmar has just finished this 5000-square-foot owner-designed home on the cliff overlooking the ocean. There are many unique features in this home, including natural stone and glass wall facing the ocean.
