Sea Star Seafoods Ltd
Delmar Construction Ltd has worked with the owners of this large processing facility in Clarks Harbour, Cape Sable Island. Over the past few years, we have built additional processing, drying and a freezer at their facility. We take great pride in providing this customer with additions to their company.

Shelburne Cold Storage
Delmar Construction Ltd worked closely with the owners over a 2 year period to provide them with an approximately 10,000 sq. foot of freezer space, plus a shipping and receiving area.

SeaKist Lobster
Delmar completed a Lobster Tank addition to SeaKist Lobster Ltd. over the summer of 2017.

Kenney and Ross
In 2017 Delmar constructed a waste water treatment plant at the Port Saxton complex.

Rockville Carrier
In 2016, Delmar Construction Ltd worked with the owners of Rockville Carriers to build them a new building, including 2 large lobster tanks and office space.

Clarks Harbour Lobster Processing
In 2015, Delmar Construction Ltd built a large addition to the front of the plant, including processing and cold storage.

Lobster Processing Cape Sable Island
Delmar started on a large renovation-expansion to Top Claw Lobster pound, 88 Orion Wharf Rd Newelton, CSI, NS in the summer of 2015, with the completion date of November 2015. The pound is now filled with water and ready for lobster.
The lobster pound was expanded to be 13,300 square feet, which includes covered tanks and shipping and receiving.

Fort Point Road Lobster Pound
This lobster pound was built by Delmar Construction Ltd.

Tidal Organics
Delmar built this large warehouse in 2010 for Tidal organics.
