Summer Cottage

In 2018, Delmar Construction Ltd built this beautiful cottage to the owner’s specifications. Our foreman worked very closely with the owners, paying great attention to details and finishes.

Two Hulls

In 2012, Delmar Construction Ltd joined hands with MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects to build this beautiful unique Oceanfront house. There is lots of attention to details and reveals. This home is anchored into the rocks and hanging out over the edge, facing the ocean.

The Hawk Dream House

In 2017, Delmar Construction Ltd built this ocean front home on Cape Island overlooking a beautiful beach. Our foreman worked closely with the owners to give them their dream house. This home is built with lifetime roofing from EnviroShake and prefinished cedar shingles.

Sluice Point Residence

In 2017, Delmar Construction Ltd worked with Omar Gandhi Architect to build a beautiful ocean front summer home. We have worked closely with architects and home owners to give them a beautiful unique home with great attention to detail.

Riverside Home Tusket

In 2018, Delmar Construction Ltd built this dream family home. We have worked very closely with the homeowner to give them the features they wanted in their home.

Dream House Cannan

In 2017, Delmar Construction Ltd and the homeowners designed this beautiful lake side home. We have been working very closely with the owners to give them their dream home.

West Pubnico Home

In 2016, Delmar Construction Ltd built this cozy Ocean front home. It has large ocean facing windows and a see through rock faced fireplace, plus many other unique features the owners wanted incorporated into their home.

Ocean Front Retirement Home

Delmar has just finished this 5000-square-foot owner-designed home on the cliff overlooking the ocean. There are many unique features in this home, including natural stone and glass wall facing the ocean.

A-frame Renovation

In 2021, we took an existing A-frame cottage and renovated it into a modern dream home. We worked closely with the client to make their dreams and visions a reality.

Oceanfront House

This 3750 square foot oceanfront house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and open living space! This project took 8 months to complete from beginning to end.

Small Option Home

In 2020, we built a small options home in Yarmouth. The 4 bedroom home featured an open layout, and facilities for caretakers to look after the residents.

Lakefront Cottage

We constructed this custom lakefront cottage in 2021. This 1350 square foot cottage features a screened-in bug room, vaulted living area and 3 bedrooms.

Oceanfront Home

This 3500 square foot home was perched on the edge of the ocean and features a unique colour scheme, and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean.
